We are the first single mmr vaccine clinic in the UK to be registered with the Care Quality Commission (formerly Healthcare Commission)
Desumo Information & Healthcare aims to raise awareness of parent's choices about vaccinations.
We provide a clinic which includes - administration of vaccines, information and consultation time at reasonable prices. We do this in a setting geared for the needs of parents and their children.
The name Desumo is a Latin word meaning 'to select', which we thought most appropriate as parents who take the single mmr vaccine route have to make serious choices and select the best option based on their own research. The clinic was set up because of the increasing need for parents to ask advice and access information that is independent. All childhood vaccinations are included and all choices, whether combined or single vaccine or no vaccine, are represented.
Set Up By Parents For Parents
Two mothers, Deborah Ryding and Natalie Bowden, set up Desumo Information & Healthcare. Deborah is married and lives in Redmarley with her seven children, and has worked within the Health Sector for many years. Natalie Bowden lives in Wales with her three children, and founded 'The Right for Choice' campaign. The single mmr vaccine clinic was set up simply because we as parents found great difficulty in obtaining single vaccines and recognised that other parents would encounter the same difficulties. Since setting up we have ensured that every child who wishes to follow the single vaccine route has been able to get every vaccine they need.

The Clinic
The Clinic is based in Worcester on every second and fourth Saturday of the month.
